Company Structure

The main policy-making body of Agfa Graphics is the Executive Committee. It consists of the President and the vice-presidents of the different departments.

Our operational activities are divided into three major segments: Customer Operations, Global Operations, and Marketing & Strategy. These are complemented by the Finance and the Legal department.

With regard to its sales activities, Agfa Graphics is organized in three regions: Europe, North America and the Emerging Markets (Latin America, Africa, Asia and Oceania), with over forty local subsidiaries. In countries where Agfa Graphics does not have its own sales organization, the market is served by a network of agents and representatives. In 2010, Agfa Graphics and Shenzhen Brothers set up the Agfa Graphics Asia joint-venture to combine their activities in Greater China and the ASEAN region.

Agfa Graphics has state-of-the-art printing plate manufacturing sites over the entire world, close to its customers. In addition, we have a number of sites responsible for the R&D and manufacturing of wide-format printers. Thirdly, there are several dedicated sites for software development.
