With the Agfa Graphics' online ordering service ISA (Internet Supplies Agfa), ordering with Agfa Graphics has become a piece of cake. All advantages of e-Commerce are now there at your fingertips. Simply log on, entering your personal user name together with your password, and the process has started. And this all free of charge!

You can place an order, check any previous order or browse our product catalogue. And this at the time that suits you the best, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As a registered business customer, all your account details are electronically filed. This includes discounts and your previous ordering & invoicing history.The continually updated catalogue includes all important product details where you can find the products you need, using the easy-to-use search engine.

• If you make repeat orders on a regular basis, set-up order templates making the order process even more simplified. To reassure you that your order is being processed, we will send you by Email an order confirmation including all details about the requested delivery date per product.
• You can check online for the most recent shipment information of your orders
• A range of useful services, like an overview of closed and open orders, printable invoice copies or Material Safety Data Sheets are at your disposal

Registering is easy. Contact your local Agfa Graphics subsidiary and you will have the opportunity to set up all your account details in almost no time. On short notice you will then receive an initial password by E-mail. The first time you sign-in you will need to change this password into something more memorable

2. Your own language will be chosen automatically for your convenience by the language defined in your browser (please note that not all European languages are currently available)
   
3. Enter your personal user name & password (if you do not yet have your log-in data, please register first)
   
4. Place an order, choosing the delivery address, delivery date together with the products and quantities you need. You can order the products either by selecting them from previous orders, using templates from our catalogue or by entering the product codes straight into the order form. For our larger customers an upload function out of your own order file is available.
